This year’s Mines & Money had the Critical Minerals explorers at the same (virtual) table as the Base and Precious Metals prospectors for the first time.
Pitch Battles were fought for symbolical prize money and many good value-add stories were scrutinized by a panel of professional investors.
Mines & Money also provided a dating carousel of 1:1 meetings for project developers to engage with a wider investor audience. For the many companies involved, the online format provided intense and exhaustive back-to-back pitches over 3 days … in search for the Holy Grail of Promised Investment … nowadays also very much dependent on ESG credentials!
Elbert Loois, CEO of E-Tech Resources Inc., a Rare Earth exploration and development company with its Eureka project in Namibia commented:
“Rare Earths projects only get really rare, if simple mineralogy, easy processing and excellent logistics are united, to offer the market a Top-ESG profile with access to a lower quartile cost basis. Exactly this is what E-Tech is targeting.”
