E-Tech Resources joined international Coil Winding, Insulation, and Electrical Manufacturing Exhibition (CWIEME) in Berlin.
E-Tech Resources Inc., the company behind the Eureka rare earths exploration and development project in Namibia, participated at the CWIEME event in Berlin on May 11-12 2022.
The CWIEME is one of the biggest events of its kind, bringing international manufacturing and procurement teams from the e-technology products, their component suppliers, and equipment manufacturers together to share insights and discuss critical supply chain concerns.
The rapidly increasing demand in the market for electrified motors and turbines for the EV (electric vehicle) and renewable energy industries drew more than 600 companies to the CWIEME expo this year, following a COVID-related absence.
The exhibitors and visitors mingled throughout six halls, each hosting booths enabling exhibitors to showcase their offerings to industry, with exposure to potential company presentation platforms.
As for rare earth-related supply chain products, permanent magnet and motor manufacturers, as well as wind turbine and e-drive producers, presented their offerings. Seller and procurement teams took part in lively discussions in designated negotiation rooms during the three days of e-motor madness.
The overall feedback on the event from the international audience was decidedly positive, and although Chinese suppliers could not send their sales teams from the Peoples’ Republic at this stage, many a Chinese company was represented by contracted expats.
